How to bridge the gap between your digital retailing platform and finance document delivery – Aaron Bickart, EVP/GM at OfferLogix

Digital retailing is no longer an added incentive for dealers. It has become the expectation of automotive consumers. Today on CBT News, Aaron Bickart joins the show to discuss the growth of the digital market. Bickart is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of OfferLogix

Bickart begins the conversation by looking back at what dealers experienced in 2020. He says that many dealers shifted from hiding price tags online, to offering complete transparency on digital platforms. It became crucial for dealers to create a frictionless experience away from the dealership because many consumers didn’t want to come into showrooms. 

One of the challenges that dealers faced during the pandemic was eliminating the disconnect between creating an online shopping platform and delivering all the necessary paperwork and logistics that solidify the sale of a new vehicle. OfferLogix is addressing this issue in the industry by offering an end-to-end solution that allows consumers to complete automotive transactions online. 

OfferLogix continues to innovate some of the best technology solutions in the retail automotive industry. The company has a series of products that allow dealers to leverage an extensive database to meet specific technology needs. With solutions like APILogix, PaymentLogix, and VDPLogix.

Bickart then explains the flexibility of payment at OfferLogix. While other competitors require a complete downpayment, OfferLogix allows dealers the flexibility to customize items for their dealership. 

Bickart concludes the conversation by sharing how OfferLogix managed to go to market on August 1, 2020 despite challenges created by the COVID-19 pandemic. Bickart said the company grew 600% in 2020 and expects even more growth in 2021. Bickart expects the company to grow 800% or more in 2021 due to a strong pipeline.
