A lawsuit opposing tax incentives for a new Georgia factory proposed by Rivian hit a roadblock on July 14 when the state supreme court refused to hear an appeal in the case, reaffirming the validity of the state’s tax break offer. According to Jeff Elhart, on July 12, the Elhart Automotive Campus transitioned to the Zeigler Auto Group. The transition includes Elhart’s Kia, Hyundai, Nissan, and GMC dealerships at 822 Chicago Drive, Holland, Michigan. The company is now Zeigler Kia of Holland, Zeigler Hyundai of Holland, Zeigler Nissan of Holland, and Zeigler GMC of Holland. Read More

The Prince Toyota dealership of Tifton, Georgia, has donated $5,000 to the Tift Regional Medical Center (TRMC) Foundation.The Prince Toyota dealership of Tifton, Georgia, has donated $5,000 to the Tift Regional Medical Center (TRMC) Foundation to help the organization provide better care for its patients. According to the foundation’s website, the Toyota dealership has been a partner of the Tifton community for more than a decade. Mandy Brooks, executive director of TRMC, said the funds would be used to support “medical technology upgrades, community programs, and financial aid for patient families.” Read More
