Auto retail veteran Jim Ziegler discusses how industry reinvention and innovation will continue in 2021

The buzzword for the past several years n the automotive industry has been digital retailing. However, over the past 12 months of the Coronavirus outbreak, digital retailing has become the forefront of almost every conversation. 

To thrive in today’s marketplace it’s an absolute must with so many consumers opting to shop from the comfort of their homes. On today’s show, we take a closer look at digital retailing with industry veteran and President of Ziegler SuperSystems, Jim Ziegler.
