  1. How do you sell a customer on a popular model when you KNOW the model is a lemon? In my experience, most customers who buy this model will have transmission problems. These car models have had the same problems since 2011 but the manufacturer never fixed the issue ( transmission fails within 90 days) and the problem most likely will not be resolved by our Service department or Warranty we sell.
