Happy Independence day! Obviously, everyone is celebrating today. Our offices are closed as well so our staff can spend time with friends and family members.
Today, we thought we would share with you a couple of interviews we did back in May with sales trainer, BDC expert, consultant and America’s most well-traveled person, Tom Stuker. Tom will join an already awesome group of trainers here on the CBT Automotive Network in August.
Tom travels the globe speaking to dealers about various topics, including the way technology companies are disrupting the traditional selling process for the auto industry. Start-ups are introducing products all of the time, so in part one of our interview, Tom warns dealerships to evolve with the times, or get left behind.
In part two, we discussed about how popular texting has become with every group: moms, teens, millennials, you name it! Not only that, it has become the fastest and most efficient way to communicate with consumers. So, we asked Tom, “Where do phone skills meet texting skills?”
