There is a great difference between a Leader and a Boss. In the old company paradigm it was common to hear someone say, Right or wrong the boss is always the boss! Do what you are told if you want to keep your job.This concept is largely being rejected in the modern workplace. Especially in an industry like retail automotive where good people are hard to find and there is a lot of opportunity out there for a good employee who feels they are being mistreated or are under appreciated, ‘People don’t leave companies, they most often leave people’.

Becky’s goal today is to benefit those who want to lead their departments and staff to even higher levels of excellence, productivity and of course, profits.
