Many are seeking out the help of a life coach after the past year of uncertainty, and even a year later, the future can still seem somewhat uncertain. On today’s show, we’re pleased to welcome in the guy that has the answers to many of the tough questions we are all asking. We’re pleased to welcome Tim Storey, speaker, life coach, and acclaimed author of Good Idea Or God Idea?, It’s Time for Your Comeback, Utmost Living, and Comeback & Beyond,  His latest book, which is sure to be a bestseller, is called The Miracle Mentality: Tap into the Source of Magical Transformation in Your Life.

Tim has travelled to seventy-five countries and spoken to millions of people. He has also coached well-known celebrities like Robert Downey Jr., Kanye West, and Stevie Wonder and has been interviewed by Oprah Winfrey for her show, Super Soul Sunday.

Storey starts off the conversation by discussing the challenging times we all experienced over the past year. Storey calls these challenging times, life interruptions. While the outbreak of the Coronavirus was a life interruption on a grand scale, it was a life interruption nonetheless. When his clients face one of these life interruptions, he focuses on the following four steps to help them navigate the turbulent waters. These four steps include:

  1. Have a plan
  2. Have the principles to reach your plan
  3. There will always be problems
  4. Find your persistence

Storey goes on to say that we need to realize that we can give ourselves a break and that it’s okay to feel overwhelmed or fearful. it’s ok to wonder what’s next, however, we can’t stay in that mindset indefinitely. We have to find the answer or the solution to get through the problem.
