Ford is expanding its collaboration with Carhartt from the Super Duty to the F-150. Although the partnership dates back to the 1920s, when Carhartt provided workwear for Ford factory employees, the new package blends the F-150’s truck capabilities with Carhartt-inspired styling and utility features, giving dealers a unique package to showcase within the competitive full-size pickup segment.
The Carhartt Package is available for the F-150 XLT with a SuperCrew configuration and four-wheel drive, including distinctive 20-inch wheels, fender vents and Carhartt exterior badging. Special graphics run along the lower rockers and tailgate.
Additionally, the truck features Lobo-inspired headlights, a Tremor hood, running boards and dual exhaust systems. Inside, the package offers themed seat covers, updated door trim and a unique center console lid. The Carhartt branding extends to the steering wheel through accent stitching, while all-weather floor mats display the Carhartt logo with a texture inspired by the brand’s tool bags. A Carhartt-branded spray-in bed liner provides extra protection for the truck bed.
The 2027 F-150 Carhartt Package starts at $62,660 before destination and delivery charges, with the package itself adding $4,195 to the base price. This premium package allows dealers to target buyers who want a more distinctive F-150 without moving up to a separate high-performance model. Ford has opened order banks for the package, with deliveries scheduled to begin in early 2027. This specialty package supports Ford’s strategy of leveraging established lifestyle brands to differentiate its truck lineup. Dealers can position the Carhartt F-150 around its blend of brand recognition, utility, and exclusive design details.
