A work/life balance is something we all want. For women who want to work at a dealership, that means something different. Lisa Copeland found that balance operating a successful Fiat store in Austin, Texas. She sold the award-winning dealership in March of 2016, but still has a hand in auto retail, especially when it comes to the topic of hiring women.
