New integration enhances FordDirect’s CRM data edge program for 400+ dealerships

The integration with Smart VINCENT is the fifth collaboration between VinSolutions and FordDirect since 2024 and will be featured at the NADA Show 2025.
New VinSolutions integration with Smart VINCENT enhances dealer efficiency

FordDirect CEO Dean Stoneley

VinSolutions, part of Cox Automotive, has strengthened its partnership with FordDirect by introducing a new integration with Smart VINCENT, a platform widely used by Ford and Lincoln dealerships to access customer, vehicle, and incentive data. The integration enhances the CRM Data Edge program, benefiting over 400 Ford and Lincoln dealers across the U.S. by simplifying and accelerating the sales process.

FordDirect CEO Dean Stoneley celebrated the partnership, stating: “At FordDirect, we are committed to delivering solutions that empower our Ford Dealers and Lincoln Retailers to operate more efficiently and focus on their customers. Cox Automotive has proven to be a trusted partner, and this latest integration with VinSolutions and Smart VINCENT demonstrates another step forward in streamlining the sales process, enabling our dealers and retailers to better serve their customers by focusing on what matters most—building strong relationships and delivering exceptional car buying experiences.”

With the new functionality, dealerships can push customer and VIN details directly from VinSolutions CRM into Smart VINCENT to search for incentive packages, eliminating duplicative data entry and manual system navigation. This efficiency allows dealerships to focus on providing seamless customer service and faster sales transactions.

This latest integration is part of a series of advancements under the FordDirect CRM Data Edge program, which launched less than a year ago. The initiative aligns with Cox Automotive’s broader mission of enhancing the car-buying journey for both dealers and customers by reducing transactional inefficiencies and streamlining workflows.

FordDirect, a joint venture between Ford Motor Company and its dealers, specializes in using data and technology to deliver marketing and advertising solutions exclusively for Ford and Lincoln dealerships. Through this partnership, tools like Smart VINCENT are helping dealers reduce time-consuming processes while improving their ability to serve customers and manage sales incentives effectively.
