On this week’s Kain & Company, David talks about strategies for your internet and BDC operations, specifically email follow-up. David has found that dealerships that don’t put enough weight on being clever or creative with their subject lines, don’t do as well as those who develop their strategy. Even if a customer has requested information on a particular vehicle, you must take the time to create a recognizable subject line to engage the customer. If they don’t open it, they don’t read it.
