Improving Connection Rates with Online Car Shoppers

Have you ever wondered why consumers who submit a lead on your website don’t pick up the phone when you call?  Brian explains why and suggests performing this task with your lead form thank you page on today’s Tip of the Day.

VIDEO TRANSCRIPT:

Our Tip of the Day comes from Brian Pasch.

Have you ever wondered why consumers who submit a lead on your website don’t pick up the phone when you call? Maybe you didn’t give that warm and fuzzy feeling that you would want to communicate if they came into the dealership. Here’s what I suggest, to improve your connection rate with anonymous shoppers or consumers who submit a lead on your website, make sure your lead form thank you page is a wow. I recommend placing a video on the page that is displayed after a consumer submits a lead.

That video is a way to welcome them and to explain what your sales process is and explain to them that they will be getting a call or an email from your team. By setting the expectations, you prepare the consumer that you are going to wow them with professionalism and a video thank you page after a lead form submission will help increase your conversion rates.
