Hi, this is Brian Pasch and it’s time for CBT News Sales Tip of the Day. Dealers know that for years the fixed operations department has been using direct mail to communicate with existing customers or to conquest new customers in the local market.

But did you know that you can dump out all of the email addresses in your DMS, local them up into Facebook and advertise to existing customers on the Facebook platform? On Instagram?

And the same can be done for Twitter. Ladies and gentlemen watching today’s show, this is an amazing sales tip for fixed operations because for the first time you can do direct marketing online using custom audiences.

So what are you waiting for? Start to communicate to your existing customers using social media and you’ll be laughing all the way to the bank. And that’s today’s sales tip.
