Topics covered in the videos include:

The content also reviews recent FTC enforcement actions and broader regulatory trends affecting dealerships.
Industry responds
In recent years, the FTC has intensified its enforcement activity through warning letters, investigations, lawsuits, and proposed regulations related to vehicle pricing and advertising. Dealers are facing increased scrutiny regarding the accuracy of advertised pricing, fee disclosures, and promotional claims.
RockED states that the series aims to provide practical guidance and regulatory context as compliance requirements continue to evolve. RockED’s co-founder and CEO, Matthias Stoever, emphasized that the program was created to make relevant compliance information more accessible to dealership teams.
The series is available through the RockED platform and mobile application. Dealers can access the content via the app, which is available on both Apple’s App Store and Google’s Play Store.
