How good are dealers when it comes to customer lead follow-up?
In a recent study from Conversica, they divided the effectiveness of customer lead follow-up in four categories: promptness, personalization, persistence and performance. Their goal was to provide a report that will help auto dealers improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their automotive sales teams.
Nearly one-fifth of the automotive dealers contacted provided no response in spite of having received a direct, specific inquiry. Those that did respond were ranked within each of the Four Ps.
