A New Approach To Workforce Training Using A Mobile Game Platform

Joining the CBT News stage at Digital Dealer 24 is Sam Caucci, CEO, and Founder at 1Huddle, who spoke with us about a new and interactive way employees can stay up to date with their workforce training efforts and have fun doing so.

As the workforce continues to change and take on new shapes, old training handbooks and videos may not be the most effective approach anymore. Like in all industries, you need to keep up with the Joneses and make sure you are providing beneficial and informative material that helps your staff grow and learn.

In addition to being interesting, it cannot take a lot of time to put together or teach. Leading trainers from across the automotive industry have said time again that the best way to make sure your team retains the knowledge presented is by condensing the training time all while keeping it interactive and new.

training

1Huddle took all of the components you would want out of a successful training session and merged it into a game platform that your staff can access anytime, from anywhere.

They created a way to incorporate workforce training into your staffs’ everyday habits by using platforms built to house quick-burst games for training purposes.

1Huddle takes all of your training material and product knowledge information and provides a platform where you can turn everything into quick burst mobile games. Having all of your corporate training on mobile devices allows employees to engage in interactive contest across the dealership and compete against each other throughout the training course.

A great thing about the structure of 1Huddle is that the dealer(s) or manager(s) decide on what their dealership trains on. The platform is completely customizable and you have control over topics, information, and material.
