Snouffer’s remarkable journey from aspiring professional golfer to a successful automotive sales leader at Arrigo CDJR is a testament to his adaptability and perseverance. He started playing golf at a young age, progressing to compete at the collegiate level. After relocating to Florida to focus on his golf career, the onset of COVID-19 led him to pivot toward automotive sales, where he found his calling at Arrigo CDJR.
The discipline and consistency he cultivated through years of golf training have proven invaluable in his new career at Arrigo CDJR. These qualities not only fostered resilience but also shaped his approach to the automotive industry, where resilience and persistence are key to success.
His connection to the automotive world runs deep, with his family having a long-standing legacy in the business. His father managed 14 dealerships in New Jersey, providing Snouffer with early exposure to the industry and the opportunity to learn from a family deeply rooted in automotive success. His transition to Arrigo CDJR was a natural step in continuing that legacy.
Looking ahead, Snouffer is focused on further growing his success at Arrigo CDJR and improving his skill set in the automotive world. He plans to climb the ladder to become a General Manager.
