Ford Credit and Lincoln Automotive Financial Services are providing financial relief to customers impacted by Hurricanes Francine and Helene. Eligible customers in counties approved for FEMA’s Individuals and Households Program can receive payment extensions of up to 60 days, although interest will continue to accrue on deferred payments.

To quickly request an extension, customers who are financing their vehicles can visit the Ford Credit website or use the Ford Credit app. Lease customers and those preferring phone assistance can call 1-800-723-4016 for disaster relief support.

Additionally, customers looking to lease or purchase a new vehicle may qualify for deferred payments of up to 120 days when financing through Ford Credit or Lincoln Automotive Financial Services. To take advantage of this offer, customers in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia must contact their local Ford or Lincoln dealerships by November 13 for eligibility and specific details.
