40 under 40 Honoree: Andrew Mayle | Mike Maroone Chevrolet South

We are excited to celebrate Andrew Mayle, the dynamic general sales manager and pre-owned vehicle manager at Mike Maroone Chevrolet South, a distinguished honoree of CBT News’ prestigious 40 Under 40 awards. This accolade recognizes the top retail automotive professionals who exhibit remarkable leadership, unwavering passion, and outstanding achievement in their careers.

Before entering the automotive industry, Mayle ran his own vacuum sales business, where he managed a team of salespeople and handled distribution. After two years, he chose to leave due to the extensive travel demands, deciding to transition into automotive sales. He took a position at Mike Maroone Chevrolet South, where his career began to flourish. His background in sales helped him develop the skills needed to thrive in the automotive world, and his strong work ethic set him up for continued success.

Mayle’s journey at Mike Maroone Chevrolet South has seen significant growth. He started as a sales consultant and quickly climbed the ranks. He then moved from pre-owned vehicle manager to general sales manager, a promotion that reflects his hard work, leadership, and dedication. Mayle’s commitment to building strong teams has been instrumental in the dealership’s success.

One of Mayle’s proudest moments was when Mike Maroone selected him to join the team after acquiring four dealerships from the Serra organization. He finds great satisfaction in helping others reach their full potential and takes immense pride in the growth of his team, watching them advance in their careers.

Looking to the future, Mayle’s ultimate goal is to become a partner with Mike Maroone and own one of his dealerships. He is committed to leading that store to high levels of success and continuing to grow within the Mike Maroone organization.
