DriveCentric adds RockED to its partner hub, tying training to CRM data

DriveCentric adds RockED to its partner hub, tying training to CRM data

RockED | CEO Matthias Stoever & DriveCentric | CEO Matt Leone

On the Dash:

  • DriveCentric and RockED are integrating training and certification tools directly into DriveCentric’s CRM platform.
  • The partnership connects performance gaps to targeted coaching, compliance guidance and OEM certification pathways.
  • Mutual customers will get access to the combined integration later this summer.

DriveCentric has added RockED to its Partner Hub, integrating the training and certification platform directly into DriveCentric’s Engagement Platform, tying coaching, certification and compliance guidance to the customer and operational data dealers already track inside DriveCentric’s CRM.

DriveCentric frames the partnership as part of a broader push to unify sales, service, F&I, marketing and the BDC around a single customer journey rather than adding another standalone tool.

The integration covers FTC compliance and OEM certifications, along with sales effectiveness, service advisor performance and customer communication. The goal, both companies say, is to deliver certifications, compliance guidance and performance insights inside the workflows dealership staff already use.

DriveCentric CEO Matt Leone said combining the company’s centralized customer and operational data with RockED’s training and certification platform will help dealerships equip their teams across a range of needs, from creating customer videos natively in DriveCentric to maintaining FTC and OEM standards and feeding DriveCentric’s newest Performance Agent.

“Compliance and training in today’s rapidly evolving technology and regulatory environment are no longer optional, they’re strategic advantages,” Leone said in a statement.

Separately, RockED CEO Matthias Stoever said the partnership will help dealers keep their teams trained, compliant, certified and continuously improving, while giving managers better tools to elevate performance across the dealership.  “Partnering with DriveCentric puts RockED into the hands of even more dealership professionals while connecting our learning platform with powerful customer and operational data,” Stoever said.

The combined integration will go live for shared customers later this summer. RockED announced the partnership at DriveCentric’s DC20 event in St. Louis this month.
