Does dealership recruitment need to improve?

Norma Benavides, a manager trainee at Rockwall Ford in Texas, was highly recruited by several auto groups before and after her graduation from Northwood University in May of this year. We asked her to give us an assessment of what she believes dealerships should be focusing on when it comes to working at their dealerships.
