Consumers can find the full list of 2025 award recipients on the Edmunds Industry Center.
Edmunds announced the winners of the 2025 Edmunds Five Star Dealer Awards, highlighting dealerships that provide outstanding service.

Edmunds, a leading online car shopping resource with over 20 million monthly visits, has announced the winners of the 2025 Edmunds Five Star Dealer Awards. This year, 107 dealerships across the country earned recognition for their exceptional customer satisfaction ratings, with 10 of them receiving the prestigious Five Star Premier Dealer designation.

The annual awards highlight dealerships that consistently provide outstanding service, ensuring a positive shopping and ownership experience for car buyers. According to Edmunds President Seth Berkowitz, as the automotive market stabilized in 2024, affordability remained a challenge for many consumers. This led car shoppers to seek out trustworthy dealerships with strong service reputations, making customer satisfaction more important than ever.

To qualify for the Five Star Dealer Award, dealerships must participate in the Edmunds Dealer Partner program, receive a minimum of 30 customer sales reviews in 2024, and maintain an average rating of at least 4.5 stars on Edmunds. The Five Star Premier Dealer Award requires an even higher level of customer engagement, with at least 150 sales reviews in 2024.

Consumers can find the full list of 2025 award recipients on the Edmunds Industry Center, where they can easily locate top-rated dealerships organized by state. They can also browse reviews and ratings for any dealership on Edmunds’ Find a Dealer page. Winning dealerships proudly display the Five Star Dealer badge on Edmunds and receive a physical trophy to recognize their achievement.

As car buyers continue to prioritize service and trust in their purchasing decisions, the Edmunds Five Star Dealer Awards serve as a key indicator of dealerships that go above and beyond to create a positive customer experience.
