automotiveMastermind enhances behavior prediction score with new machine learning tools

The expanded BPS and redesigned Customer Deal Sheet are now available at no additional cost to all Mastermind customers.
On October 2, 2024, automotiveMastermind launched significant updates to its Behavior Prediction Score (BPS) solution.

On October 2, 2024, automotiveMastermind, a leading data and technology provider in the automotive industry, launched significant updates to its Behavior Prediction Score (BPS) solution, strengthening its predictive capabilities through new machine learning algorithms. Alongside these enhancements, the company introduced a redesigned Customer Deal Sheet interface, making it easier for car dealers to access critical customer insights that support effective sales outreach.

The improvements to the BPS – widely regarded as the gold standard in behavior prediction for the automotive industry – include three new scores: an in-market status score, a vehicle details score, and a deal score. These scores help dealers gain a deeper understanding of their prospects by answering essential questions, such as which customers to prioritize, what vehicles they are likely to purchase, and how they will engage with specific deal types. This predictive intelligence helps sales teams focus on the most promising leads and prevent customer defection.

The redesigned Customer Deal Sheet consolidates these new insights into an optimized sales workflow, enabling sales reps to quickly assess a customer’s position in the buying journey. With integrated talk tracks and organized data, sales teams can prioritize customers ready to purchase while filtering out those not yet in the market.

Dealerships are already seeing positive results from these updates. “The new Deal Sheet is so easy to use and packed with great customer insights. That’s more time selling and less time training,” said Lovelie Balmes, business development and internet director at Team Chevrolet.

Aaron Baldwin, chief product officer at automotiveMastermind, emphasized the goal of these enhancements: “We want to provide dealers with everything they need to understand each customer’s buying position and close sales effectively. The improved insights will help match the best vehicle and deal to each buyer, improving the overall dealership experience.”

The expanded BPS and redesigned Customer Deal Sheet are now available at no additional cost to all Mastermind customers, providing dealers with powerful tools to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
