  • Carvana now offers same-day delivery and pickup in the San Francisco Bay Area, allowing customers to receive a purchased car or sell their vehicle on the same day.
  • The service is supported by Carvana’s Northern California Inspection and Reconditioning Centers in Rocklin and Tracy.
  • Same-day delivery is part of Carvana’s broader expansion of its online car-buying model, now available in more than 15 states.

Carvana announced today that select customers in the San Francisco Bay Area can now receive vehicles the same day they place an order on Carvana.com. The service also includes same-day drop-off and pickup for customers selling their cars through the platform.

The offering is supported by Carvana’s Northern California operations, including the Rocklin Inspection and Reconditioning Center (IRC) and the recently integrated IRC capabilities at ADESA Golden Gate in Tracy, California. These facilities expand reconditioning capacity and strengthen Carvana’s regional fulfillment network, enabling faster delivery and a broader selection of vehicles for local buyers.

Customers can complete the entire car-buying process online, from browsing and financing to trade-ins, before taking advantage of same-day delivery. Carvana first launched same-day delivery in Arizona and has since expanded the service to select markets across more than 15 states. The company plans to continue rolling out the service in additional regions as its IRC and fulfillment network grows.

Jacqueline Hearns, Carvana’s Senior Director of Market Operations and Expansion, said in the company’s press release, “The Bay Area has always been an important market for Carvana, and we love to bring new innovations to a community known for embracing what’s next.” She adds, “Now, local customers can go from checkout to driveway delivery the very same day, getting even more speed with all the convenience, transparency, and control they are used to.”
