Bill Wittenmyer: Do amenities help retention or do they not matter?

 

Some dealers said they have the type of store that has amenities and attractions to promote events and community outreach. Other dealers said they don’t emphasize amenities because why would people want to spend more time than they need to at a dealership? We asked ELEAD1 Partner Bill Wittenmyer if there should be some sort of balance or if dealers should stick to amenities or no amenities.
