On the Dash:
- Carvana now offers eligible Minneapolis-area customers same-day vehicle delivery, raising expectations for faster online transactions.
- Customers can schedule same-day vehicle pickup after completing Carvana’s online appraisal process.
- Carvana plans to expand same-day service as it builds its regional logistics and inspection and reconditioning infrastructure.
According to the online automotive retailer, Carvana, select customers can receive a vehicle the same day they complete an order, and the company also offers same-day pickup for customers selling their vehicles after they complete the online appraisal process.
With this expansion, the Twin Cities are now part of Carvana’s growing same-day delivery footprint. Customers can choose from tens of thousands of vehicles, arrange financing, trade in their vehicle, and complete their purchase entirely online.
Carvana’s logistics network, including regional Inspection and Reconditioning Centers, supports this same-day service model. Additionally, the online retailer notes that the expansion in Minneapolis gives eligible customers greater flexibility to buy or sell vehicles.
According to Jacqueline Hearns, Carvana’s Senior Director of Market Operations and Expansion, in a company statement, “As we continue expanding our logistics network and regional operations, we’re making it easier than ever for eligible customers across the Twin Cities to buy or sell a car on their schedule.”
Starting in Arizona, Carvana now offers same-day delivery in select markets across over 20 states and plans to expand further as it continues to develop its logistics and reconditioning infrastructure.
