Honda Prologue, Acura ZDX now eligible for $7,500 tax credit

Honda Prologue is a stylish, sporty, and competitively priced EV that meets the needs of customers in the EV market
Honda announced that its most recent all-electric 2024 Honda Prologue models will qualify for the U.S. $7,500 tax credit.

2024 Honda Prologue | Car and Driver

On March 7, Honda announced that its most recent all-electric 2024 Honda Prologue models will qualify for the U.S. $7,500 tax credit.

Notably, the federal tax credit applies to purchasing all 2024 Prologues built after February 26, 2024, and all leased Prologues will qualify.

Lance Woelfer, assistant vice president of Honda National Auto Sales, expressed his excitement about this development, stating that “The Prologue is a stylish, sporty, and competitively priced EV that meets the needs of customers in the EV market. It’s fantastic news for our customers, as the vehicle is hitting the sweet spot of the EV market and meeting demand.”

To further entice prospective EV buyers, the Prologue has a 296-mile EPA range rating and will be available at Honda dealerships in the coming weeks. The automaker is set to provide Prologue customers with comprehensive, top-in-class charging solutions both at home and on the road.

Nonetheless, Honda also released the power ratings for the 2024 ZDX – its highly anticipated all-electric SUV – and the ZDX Type S. Both vehicles are expected to qualify for the federal EV Tax Credit, which will be applied at the time of purchase. After applying for the credit, the ZDX A-Spec (RWD) will have a starting MSRP3 of $57,000.

Through a new, omni-channel digital sales process at acura.com, interested clients may configure, place an order, and receive an approximate delivery date for their ZDX starting today. Whether from the comfort of their homes or at an Acura dealership, its customized EV buying experience guarantees a straightforward, reliable, and easy approach.
