Galpin Motors’ formula for success starts with founding principles – Brian Allen, Group Director and Automotive CX Summit Speaker

 

At almost 90 years old, Bert Boeckmann still shows up for work at Galpin Motors in Van Nuys, California six days a week. He started with Galpin in 1953 and became the dealership’s owner in 1964. Among the many accolades, Galpin Ford has been the nation’s largest Ford dealership for the past 27 years. Joe Gumm spoke with Brian Allan, Group Director of Business Development at Galpin Motors, about how Galpin’s success was build by Boeckmann and why it still works today. Brian will be speaking at the Automotive CX Summit.
