Reviewing Your CRM Email Templates

If you’re looking to improve engagement between you and consumers through your CRM process, make sure you review your email templates. Brian Pasch explains why you need more than one opinion on today’s Tip of the Day.

Hi this is Brian Pash and it’s time for CBT News Sales Tip of the Day. If you’re looking to increase engagements with consumers through your CRM process, maybe it’s time to go back to the drawing board and look at your email templates.

It’s very common for dealers to install templates written by one person, it could be the IT director or the internet marketing manager but that’s only one personality that’s being represented. If you want a great, effective CRM template, make sure you get together in one room a variety of people, men and women, young and old, and review your email templates.
