Cox Automotive‘s vAuto released two new enhancements to its ProfitTime GPS and Provision platforms: Centralized Inventory Management and a revamped appraisal tool. These advanced tools will enhance dealer operations, streamline inventory oversight, and improve appraisals, helping dealers remain competitive in the market.

Centralized Inventory Management

vAuto’s new Centralized Inventory Management feature has some incredible benefits that will help dealers be more efficient and provide higher levels of inventory visibility across multiple rooftops. These features ensure that inventory strategies are applied consistently and improve efficiency and vehicle ROI for dealers with multiple locations.

Enterprise Transfer Portal: This enables dealers to reallocate vehicles seamlessly between locations and optimize retail potential.

C-Suite Reporting: This feature allows dealers to easily see performance at individual locations and at a group level in real time.

Dashboards: Tracks and aligns dealership goals, enhancing consistency and accountability across multiple rooftops.

Appraisal Experience

On average, inconsistencies during the appraisal process cost dealers roughly $1,000 per vehicle on nearly 39% of vehicle identification numbers (VINS). vAuto’s new appraisal tool minimizes costly mistakes by improving valuation accuracy and enhancing customer confidence through transparent offers. It also helps dealers increase their profitability by assisting them with acquiring vehicles that best align with their inventory strategy.

Mobile Capture App: A mobile-friendly app that allows dealers to take high-resolution, 360-degree images for accurate vehicle appraisals.
