PLANO, Texas (Aug. 20, 2026)Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) today announced an executive change designed to drive continued growth, advance its commitment to vehicle electrification and prepare for the future of mobility.

Effective Sept. 8th, Niki Allen will join TMNA as chief information officer. She will lead Toyota’s technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and AI capabilities, and overall technology operations in support of the business.

Allen joins TMNA from Boeing, where she most recently served as chief information officer of Boeing Global Services (BGS), leading the technology and digital strategy that supported customers around the world and helped enable safe, efficient and sustainable flight operations. She also equipped the global BGS workforce with the digital capabilities and tools needed to enhance productivity and drive operational excellence.

Previously, Allen served as chief IT & operations officer for Boeing, with global responsibility for enterprise technology infrastructure and workplace solutions supporting nearly 200,000 employees and partners worldwide.

Allen earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems from Southern Illinois University. She also holds technical certifications in Data Analytics and Technology Strategy from Villanova University.

Allen will report to Kim Cockrell, senior vice president, chief human resources and administrative officer, TMNA.
