On October 27, PSD Automotive Group acquired the Global Auto Mall of North Plainfield, New Jersey.Â
Global Auto Mall, which includes Global Kia of North Plainfield, Global Hyundai of North Plainfield, Global Jeep of North Plainfield, and Genesis of North Plainfield, was founded by Robert Nitabach in 1978. This transaction was the second and final step in his legacy succession plan. The dealership provides New York and New Jersey car buyers helpful information to buy or lease a new, certified, used, or quality pre-owned car or truck.
Nitabach stated, “There’s nobody else I would work with—the knowledge, approach, and direction of the sale of both Crystal and Global Auto Mall was genuinely remarkable. Furthermore, the acquisition ensures the legacy of the business remains as it joins the PSD family, from formulating a strong exit strategy to finding a worthy buyer and managing a successful transaction.”
PSD Automotive Group has a network of dealerships across several states, including New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, California, and Virginia. Following the acquisition, PSD Automotive Group now operates more than 40 dealerships.
