Hudson Automotive Group acquires two Chevrolet dealerships in Baton Rouge

Hudson Automotive Group has acquired two Chevrolet dealerships in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, from All Star Automotive Group, owned by Matt McKay. The transaction closed in December 2025 and includes All Star Chevrolet Baton Rouge and All Star Chevrolet North. Kerrigan Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.

Buyer: Hudson Automotive Group
Transaction Date: December 2025
Rebranded Dealerships:

  • All Star Chevrolet Baton Rouge → All Star Chevrolet Baton Rouge (name retained)
  • All Star Chevrolet North → All Star Chevrolet North (name retained)
