Grace Motorcars has acquired Audi Downtown LA and Volkswagen of Downtown LA from Lithia & Driveway in a transaction that closed September 28, 2026. The two dealerships share a Downtown Los Angeles property that previously also housed a Porsche franchise before its relocation earlier this year. The acquisition adds two nearby franchises to Grace Motorcars’ portfolio following its purchase of Audi West Covina in 2025. Anthony Holbrook of Dave Cantin Group served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Lithia & Driveway.
