Fletcher Jones Automotive Group has acquired Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills from Group 1 Automotive, strengthening its luxury footprint in Southern California. The transaction closed on March 30, 2026. The Presidio Group served as exclusive sell-side advisor to Group 1. The deal is the 23rd Mercedes-Benz transaction advised by Presidio and the firm’s fourth Mercedes-Benz deal in 2026, as well as Presidio’s sixth engagement with Group 1 in recent years.
