Michigan-based Feldman Automotive Group has acquired Firelands Auto Group, a four-dealership Northern Ohio portfolio, in the largest acquisition in the group’s 30-year history. The transaction closed on May 5, 2026, and includes Firelands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Firelands Toyota, and Firelands Honda in Sandusky, Ohio, and Firelands Chevrolet in Vermilion, Ohio. Feldman will retain the Firelands name across all four stores, along with the existing employee teams. The deal introduces Honda and Toyota to Feldman’s brand portfolio for the first time, makes Firelands Chevrolet the group’s 10th Chevrolet dealership, and pushes its Stellantis footprint to four dealerships. A new 40,000-square-foot Firelands Honda store is also under construction on Strub Road in Sandusky, with an anticipated opening this fall. The Tim Lamb Group brokered the transaction.
