O’Brien Auto Team has acquired Jack Kain Ford in Versailles, Kentucky, from Bob Kain, Vickie Kain Fister and Pat Kain. The dealership, which has served the area for decades, will be renamed O’Brien Ford and remain at its current location. The acquisition gives O’Brien Auto Team its second Ford dealership in Kentucky. Paul Kechnie, Mark Shackelford Sr. and Mark Shackelford Jr. of Performance Brokerage Services served as the exclusive sell-side advisors.
