Dunhill Auto Group, led by Artem Boguslavskiy, has acquired two Berlin City dealerships in Gorham, New Hampshire from Summit Automotive Partners. The transaction, which closed in January 2026, includes nine franchise brands across two rooftops and marks Summit’s exit from the New Hampshire market. The stores will continue operating under their existing names. Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions represented the seller in the deal.
