Lumos Auto Group acquires Acura dealership in Texas (1)

Lumos Auto Group has acquired Acura of the Rio Grande Valley in San Juan, Texas, from Bill Bird. The transaction closed Aug. 19, 2026, and the dealership will operate as Lumos Acura under its new ownership. Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions represented Bird in the sale, with Mike Sims and Wes Hamilton leading the transaction.
