KKS Automotive acquired Crossroads Ford of Prince George in Prince George, Virginia, from Crossroads Automotive Group in a transaction that closed on June 16, 2026. The dealership has been renamed AML Ford of Prince George, marking KKS Automotive’s third dealership acquisition since 2019. Dealer Solutions Mergers and Acquisitions represented the seller in the transaction.
