AutoNation has acquired Toyota of Newnan in Newnan, Georgia, from Tameron Automotive Group, owned by Danny Braden and Rob Gallik. The transaction marks AutoNation’s second Toyota dealership acquisition in more than a decade and adds one of metro Atlanta’s leading Toyota stores to its portfolio. Kerrigan Advisors served as the exclusive sell-side advisor on the transaction.
