Jenkins Auto Group has acquired Jackson Kia in Cocoa, Florida, along with its related real estate, from Jackson Automotive Group. Announced on May 19, 2026, the transaction expands Jenkins’ presence on Florida’s Space Coast while allowing Jackson Automotive Group to further align its dealership portfolio around its core markets. The Presidio Group served as the exclusive sell-side advisor on the transaction.
