Kunes Auto Group acquires two Minnesota GMC dealerships

Kunes Auto Group has completed the acquisition of two Minnesota dealerships from Jim Paul of Valley Automotive Group. The transaction closed in January 2026 and includes Valley GMC of Hastings and Valley Buick-GMC of Apple Valley. Following the sale, the dealerships have been rebranded as Kunes Valley GMC and Kunes Apple Valley. Performance Brokerage Services represented the seller in the transaction.

Rebranded Dealerships:
