ALM Automotive Group has expanded its Georgia footprint with the acquisition of Hennessy Mazda and Hennessy GMC in Morrow, part of the greater Atlanta metro area. The purchase underscores the region’s continued appeal for dealership investment, fueled by strong population growth and robust local demand. Kerrigan Advisors represented Hennessy Automobile Companies in the sale, marking its 306th dealership transaction and 65th franchise sold in the South since 2024.
