The Silent Crisis
The silent crisis can take place when there is a lack of clear communication from the leadership level down when it comes to goals you have set for your department and each person’s role they must play in order to reach those goals.
Communicating with your people is the key to effective leadership in your service department. It starts with an initial meeting at the beginning of every month to discuss and set goals, and plan what must be done in order to reach and exceed the numbers you want to achieve in the coming month. By numbers, Becky means sales, gross, percentages, activities, efficiencies, and CSI.
Tune in to find out what Becky suggests to resolve this issue at your dealership service department.
