Maguire Automotive Group has expanded its presence in Upstate New York with the purchase of Wally’s Ford in Seneca Falls, now operating as Maguire Ford of Seneca Falls. The addition strengthens the company’s ties to the Finger Lakes region and the Ford brand. Dealer Solutions Mergers & Acquisitions advised on the transaction.
