Kedge Cook has acquired Martin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Cleveland, Texas from Brian Bounds. The dealership has been renamed Cook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and will remain at its current location. Performance Brokerage Services served as the exclusive sell-side advisor on the transaction.
