It is important to note that Hyundai has prioritized safety. This vehicle integrates comprehensive protection features to achieve top-tier safety ratings.

Built on 27 years of fuel cell technology experience, the NEXO embodies Hyundai’s commitment to a diversified electrification strategy that includes fuel cell, battery electric, and hybrid vehicles. In addition, the SUV’s exterior adopts the “Art of Steel” design language, emphasizing strength and durability, while its spacious interior enhances passenger comfort with premium relaxation seating, a digital cockpit, and sustainable materials.

Furthermore, the NEXO’s powertrain sees notable improvements, with total output rising to 190 kW from 135 kW and acceleration from 0-100 km/h improving to 7.8 seconds. The hydrogen fuel cell stack now generates a maximum gross power of 110 kW, offering enhanced performance and cold-weather operability. Increased hydrogen storage capacity and improved aerodynamics further boost efficiency.

Additionally, the automaker has introduced a suite of cutting-edge technologies, including an AI-driven voice assistant, a 12-inch head-up display, and a digital center mirror. The vehicle features a Smart Regenerative System for optimized energy recovery, an advanced infotainment system with over-the-air updates, and a vehicle-to-load (V2L) function for external power supply.

With a reinforced multi-skeleton structure and up to nine airbags, the NEXO is engineered for exceptional safety. Its comprehensive ADAS suite includes Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Highway Driving Assist, and a Rear Occupant Alert System to prevent accidents and enhance driver assistance.

The all-new NEXO comes in six exterior colors, featuring the nature-inspired “Goyo Copper Pearl,” and sets a new benchmark for hydrogen-powered vehicles.
