EyeQ Monitoring launches new automated cycle time offering for automotive dealers, powered by AI video monitoring

New proprietary offering uses advanced cameras to enhance fixed operations performance for dealership service centers

EyeQ Monitoring

LAS VEGAS — Feb. 2, 2026 EyeQ Monitoring, a leading provider of AI-powered remote video monitoring and security intelligence solutions for businesses, today announced a new automated cycle time offering built for automotive dealership service centers to transform video footage into actionable fixed operations insights. Debuting at the 2026 NADA Show in Las Vegas, the announcement underscores EyeQ’s growing momentum in serving the automotive market with security and business intelligence solutions, as the company now supports six out of ten of the top U.S. dealership groups.

EyeQ’s new automated cycle time offering for car dealership service centers

EyeQ’s new offering gives dealership service departments real, objective visibility into how vehicles move through the service lane. Using advanced video analytics and license plate recognition, the solution measures true key-to-key cycle times by tracking vehicles from arrival through service completion, even in low-light or high-traffic environments.

Prior to the development of this platform, part of EyeQ’s larger forthcoming business intelligence suite for auto dealers, dealerships haven’t had an automated way to track service repair order cycle times. Key features include:

  • Real-time alerts when vehicles approach or exceed customized service time thresholds, allowing teams to address bottlenecks, rebalance staffing and reduce customer wait times.
  • A centralized dashboard that provides a top-down view of service flow, with drill-down visibility into where delays occur.
  • Enablement of faster vehicle retrieval through real-time location tracking, supporting quicker delivery and improved customer experience.

“This is about giving dealers visibility to any operational inefficiencies that they haven’t been able to see clearly before,” said Markus Scott, CEO of EyeQ Monitoring. “When you have access to footage that shows where time is lost, you can improve efficiency, serve customers better and make smarter decisions every day. That’s the future of intelligence-led auto dealership operations, powered by video monitoring.”

EyeQ continues to meaningfully expand its footprint across the automotive sector, supporting dealerships nationwide with solutions that go beyond traditional camera monitoring. By delivering proprietary sector-customized tools that deliver actionable intelligence, EyeQ enables dealer operators to proactively address loss prevention and operational blind spots.
