National Business Brokers (NBB) represented Boardwalk Auto Group in the sale of its ultra-luxury Texas dealerships—Boardwalk Ferrari, Boardwalk Lamborghini, Boardwalk Maserati, and Boardwalk Pagani—to US Auto Trust. This marks NBB’s third major transaction with Boardwalk Auto Group in 2025 and one of the most significant ultra-luxury dealership portfolio sales in recent history.

Buyer: US Auto Trust
Transaction Date: October 21, 2025
Rebranded Dealerships:

  • Boardwalk Ferrari-Maserati in Plano → Ferrari Dallas-Maserati of Plano
  • Lamborghini Dallas → Lamborghini Dallas (name retained)
